Wide-area Operation Monitoring of Conveyors Using a Panoramic Vibration Camera

In this study, we propose a novel non-contact vision sensing method for wide-area monitoring of the operation conveyors in ironworks by using panoramic vibration camera real time. This can capture magnified images, including vibrations from single with mirror-driven viewpoint switching. The rotation multiple rollers conveyor belts was detected function full-pixel spectrum imaging, which calculate peak frequencies time frequency responses. Through experiments different situations, such as loading and unloading, evaluated efficiency method, monitor conveyors, when is located 15 m away, or more, to be monitored.
